E-Ticket Delivery Policy

All tickets sold on our platform are E-Tickets. Delivery is handled electronically, and you will receive your tickets immediately after a successful payment confirmation.

• Method of Delivery: Your E-Ticket(s) will be sent directly to the email address you provided during the registration or checkout process. A confirmation will also be available in your user account on our website.
• Delivery Timeframe: E-Tickets are generated and sent automatically within minutes of a successful transaction. Please allow up to 15-30 minutes for the email to arrive.
• Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address. We are not liable for non-delivery of E-Tickets due to an incorrect email address. Please also check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox.
